New Docks?

Ya know Baresh I’m not up to date on many current events. I spend alot o time out of the towns, ya know. But have ya heard any news on that new dock in town? I was wondering up to the bank from the ferry "Hodierna’s Grace," and caught a glimpse of some leisure boats.

Now me being the laid back person I am, I thought, "Yeah it’s about time I took a vacation."

But to my dismay a guard stepped in front of me and says, "You can’t go there yet."

Guess this proves the ole theory that money talks, and poor Rangers walk. ::chuckle::
