Lute Anniversary Marked

(Crossing, Zoluren: 99 Lirisa 356)

We use the 100th day of the year to mark the successful defense of the Lute from the Gorbesh, two years ago. And we use it for a time to remember that one of us was taken, and is still not home, the bardess Wren.

But at the commemoration last year, the final blow came, the Lute itself was stolen.

There is not much to celebrate at the passing of this date this year, but there is much to remember.

As the sun rises and sets near this 100th day of the year, it is time for us all to stop by the cavity in the sewers where the Lute stood, where it was defended, where it was stolen, and lift our voices and prayers in hope.

Hope that Wren will find her way home soon. Hope that she will be healed. Hope that the Lute will be returned.

Above all, hope and pray that no ill befalls our Elanthia from these ill deeds.

Gather with us from 6 (Eastern) onwards through the evening tonight at the Lute Room to add your presence to Those That Remember.
