Important Meeting Update and Council Info

Greetings Elanthians!

Let me first remind everyone that the public meeting is on February 17th, Thursday night at 10:00 EST in the Crossing Amphitheatre. We realize there will be an estate holder meeting shortly before this sheduled time at 9:00 EST, if worst comes to worst we will delay the start of our meeting if possible. Please plan to attend so that as many of you as possible can get involved in this effort!

The Council has been formed, and all members met together to discuss ways to handle this large organizational plan. We thought long and hard on ways to involve all who wish to help to efficiently face up to this threat Lord Sorrow poses to us.

In order to be successful as a whole, we need to come together as one at this meeting. During this meeting we will establish the communication means necessary to lay the foundation for this plan, that is why it is important for everyone to attend who wants to get involved.

Here are the groups we seek to establish at this meeting. They will be open for all people to join and become involved in the communication aspects within.

Triage- Responsible for the selection of raise and healing areas. The defense plan for said areas. Formulating a plan for healing in the field of battle. And any other related contingincies.

Recon- Responsible for gathering information on the movements of Sura and those associated with him. Mapping out power and such for various possible areas of skirmishes. Tracking and destroying those such as Sadiaer.

Defense – Involved in arranging for the defense of Crossings and Stone clan. coordinating activities with the various other groups to ensure success. Identifying key points of defense and directing forces to these locations.

Tactics – Involved with devising group combat tactics. Directing counter assaults against invaders. Devising a plan for the assault of the Reach if the time comes.

Once again, we hope to see you all at the meeting. Only through unity and organization shall we thwart Sorrow’s evil plans!
