Busy Times in the Realms

The past week has seen small to fierce enemy incursions near the Crossing, but the Islands have definitely had it the worst.

There are barricades on Aesry and Ratha again, and Towers on M’Riss. The island folk are fighting hard for their freedom.Assassins have been spotted going after military personnell again, and Zoluren has been seeing increasing enemy attacks.

The Crossing’s defense walls and gates were finished this week, which should help a great deal. Prince Vorclaf was pleased and proud of the walls and battlements when he spoke of them.

The Royal Dungeons are getting a work out these days too, unfortunately.

Regular folk rise to their full stature and ardently defend their friends and home. These are the moments that make heroes.

Heroes are not those who are not scared; they are those who know fear and proceed forth anyway. Most do not wear badges or stripes. Many will pass unknown to history, known only to their friends or those who stood shoulder to shoulder with them against the enemy.
